If you're looking for a State Farm agent in the Hemet, San Jacinto area, look no further!! I switched to Chris' office a couple of months ago after becoming disillusioned with my previous agent and I couldn't be more pleased! His staff answers the phone by the 2nd ring EVERY TIME!! No "leave a message" crap here and they are VERY knowledgeable and friendly. Best agency I've found after over 40 years with State Farm.

Chris Waterman and his entire team have been amazing to work with over the past 15 years with multiple policies, home, auto and medical. They always went out of their way to make sure we always had the best rates and we were taken care of, even after a couple of accidents. I have been with State Farm for 25 years. Many other companies say they have lower rates. Maybe so but are they offering the quality service you get from the personal one on one with an agent...No! Chris and his team are there for you anytime you need them or just have a question. I received a lower premium from Chris that other companies could not match. Quality service, great rates, and he is able to handle your policy even if you move throughout the state. So if you want to feel like you matter give them a call or just walk in and experience the difference from a company that cares!
